the Greenery

We are home and all the rain has contributed to green, lush trees and grass...such a beautiful sight to see.
Unfortunately there was also green mold growing on the walls and decorative baskets inside our bedroom...

it smells like Curry Land

We just landed from our flight...we were warmly welcomed to a new international terminal - it was very clean and bright but it did not have that "new car" smell...shall I say that other smells were overwhelming the new terminal aroma :) We will make the taxi journey in the morning. It is midnight and I should be sleeping but instead I am pondering what awaits me at our house. A friend gave us fore warning that it has been raining a lot...remember my blog post about the field that became a lake overnight...so while we have been gone it has been raining here for a MONTH! So tonight I will mentally prepare for the worst, hope for the best...and then let you know the strange, hilarious, or crazy outcome. And if there is not a strange, hilarious, or crazy outcome then HALLELUJAH!

nomad days...

hasta lueago nomad days...today we are starting the journey to our Curry Land #1 home. The journey home involves a 9 hour overnight bus, a 6 hour international flight, and then a 3 hour taxi... Teleportation would be nice.

WORK

Yesterday and today Z and I hunkered down at a coffee shop to accomplish WORK... While Z is intently focused on work... I procrastinate and...

update

we are still traveling around Curry Land #2 like nomads.

• we have visited four different cities,
• taken three overnight buses,
• eaten a plethora of international cuisines,
• and shopped until Z has forbid me from spending money.

Z sweeps me off my feet :)
