There is a mouse in our house, and for some reason on this particular week of all weeks I do not care so much...I actually am using the little guy for my benefit - he will be my scape goat for the next month!
Example (imaginary) scenarios: (and a small glimpse into the strange workings of my brain)
Z: "Hey honey where is the cash that was in my pocket?"
Me: "I don't know, maybe the mouse took it"
...or...
Z: "Man! why are my pants all wrinkly?"
Me: "Hmmm, the mouse must have walked all over them"
...or...
Z: "Who left their dirty dish in the sink?"
Me: "geeze, Lazy Mouse!"
I'll let you know if the 'mouse' excuses work.
here's another glimpse of what Curry Land is doing to us...
Today Z and I were going to language class, like any normal day...jumped on the bike and zipped through traffic. Unlike any normal day Z ran a red light... I was shocked and exclaim, "You just ran that light!" Z's response "What are you talking about, there isn't a light at that intersection." Later I proved that there indeed was a light.
So this week we have become Rodent loving red light runners
